Return Policy

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, with all original tags and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Returns must be approved before being sent back.

Once approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service; we are not responsible for lost return packages.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds on:

  • Final Sale items (including all discounted or promotional products)

  • Gift cards

  • Custom orders or personalized products (if applicable)


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You’ll receive an email confirming whether the return was approved.

  • If approved, your refund (minus restocking fee) will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at info@yomastudio.com.


Exchanges

If you would like a different item, please return the original and place a new order once your refund has been processed.
