Most of our bags are crafted from 100% real leather, selected for its durability, natural texture, and timeless elegance.
For a few limited styles, we may also explore alternative materials — always chosen with care, and clearly noted in the product description.
We encourage you to check the material details listed on each product page to ensure you find the right match for your needs.
2. Are all your products handmade?
Our pieces are designed in London and crafted with care by skilled artisans. Each bag is thoughtfully assembled, with attention to every detail — from stitching to finishing.
3. Will the leather change over time?
Yes. Real leather softens and develops a natural patina over time, making each piece more personal and unique. Slight variations in texture or tone are signs of authenticity.

7. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes — we ship worldwide, including across the Middle East.

9. How long does delivery take?
Delivery to most Middle Eastern countries takes approximately 12-18days.
Please note: customs processing may cause delays.
10. Will I have to pay customs or duties?
Customs duties or VAT may apply depending on your country. These fees are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient if charged.
11. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your package is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link by email.

You can return your item within 10 days of receiving it, as long as it’s unused and in its original condition.
Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective.
